Evoegy is a senior-led specialist engineering consultancy operating across Australia and New Zealand, with capability throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Chris Buller

PRINCIPAL ENGINEER & DIRECTOR
Chartered Engineer with more than 25 years of international experience across renewable energy, power generation and aerospace. Chris leads Evoegy’s Owner’s Engineer, technical advisory, construction, commissioning and asset-reliability work across complex renewable energy projects. His experience spans wind turbine systems, electrical and mechanical plant, structures, project delivery, technical due diligence, failure investigation and root cause analysis. He regularly supports owners through design review, procurement, OEM and contractor interfaces, construction assurance, commissioning, acceptance, operational performance and major corrective works. Chris has supported more than 3 GW of wind projects internationally and works closely with project teams, contractors and asset owners to resolve technical issues, manage risk and improve project and asset outcomes.

Neil Wembridge

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Neil brings more than 25 years of international experience in strategic energy consulting, with expertise across regulatory design and investigations, market studies, due diligence, financial modelling, asset valuations, asset management, project management and feasibility studies. He has worked with asset owners, equity investors, lenders, regulators and government agencies across the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. At Evoegy, Neil supports operational leadership, business growth and the development of the company’s broader energy advisory capability.

Rose Leeson-Smith

SENIOR CONTRACTS & PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR
Rose supports Evoegy’s renewable-energy projects across project controls, contracts, procurement, quality systems and stakeholder coordination. Her experience spans wind farm asset management, major-component programmes, technical investigations and manufacturing QA/FAT activities, bringing strong commercial discipline and practical delivery support across complex projects.

Bayleigh Cook

PROJECT SUPPORT & CONTENT CREATOR
Bayleigh supports Evoegy across project administration, information management, digital systems and creative content. Her work includes document control, GIS and mapping support, website content, LinkedIn communications and business materials, helping keep both project information and Evoegy’s external presence clear, organised and consistent.
